Licensing & Usage Information

The pricing listed reflects my current non-exclusive commercial licensing rates and personal use rates. Please review the usage categories below carefully before purchasing.

TEXTILE END PRODUCTS

This license applies to finished, physical textile goods sold to the final customer, including:

• Apparel
• Pillows
• Home textiles
• Accessories
• Other sewn fabric goods

Under this license:

• Artwork must be incorporated into a finished product.

• Fabric may not be sold by the yard.

• Artwork may not be sold as a standalone design file.

Spoonflower – Private Fabric Printing

If you would like to print fabric through Spoonflower:

You may purchase the design from my License Library and upload it to Spoonflower for private printing only.

Fabric printed under this license:

• May not be resold by the yard

• May not be listed in the Spoonflower marketplace

• May not be redistributed digitally

• Must be used solely to create a finished end product

If you intend to produce fabric for resale, distribution, or marketplace listing, fabric production licensing is separate and requires a custom agreement.

NON-TEXTILE PRODUCTS

Use of artwork for non-textile goods is not included in the standard textile license.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Stationery
• Printed art
• Needlepoint canvases
• Embroidery kits
• Books
• Calendars
• Paper goods
• Hard goods or similar items

Non-textile usage requires a separate annual licensing agreement starting at $250 per year or a custom pricing/timeline can be set.

IMPORTANT LICENSING NOTES

• Each artwork requires its own individual license
• Each colorway requires its own individual license
• Discounts or bundle pricing do not apply unless part of an exclusive custom design agreement

PROHIBITED USES

Artwork may not be used for:

• Digital products or downloadable files
• Print-on-demand platforms or marketplaces (including Society6, Zazzle, Redbubble, Spoonflower Marketplace, etc.)
• Resale of fabric by the yard
• Standalone art prints without written permission
