ARTWORK LICENSE AGREEMENT

All artwork, illustrations, patterns, and designs (“Artwork”) are the exclusive property of WhimsybyAngela and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Purchase of any Artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

1. PERSONAL USE LICENSE (Included with Purchase)

This license allows the purchaser to:

• Print the Artwork for personal use
• Use the Artwork for home décor or gifts (not for resale)
• Create personal projects for themselves or as gifts

This license does not allow:

• Selling products made with the Artwork
• Using the Artwork for business branding, marketing, or advertising
• Manufacturing items for resale (including fabric-based goods)
• Uploading, redistributing, or sharing the Artwork digitally
• Claiming the Artwork as your own

Personal use is defined as non-commercial, non-profit use only.

2. COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE (Required for Selling Products)

A Commercial License must be purchased separately if the Artwork will be used in any product or service offered for sale.

Commercial use includes:

• Valid for 12 months from purchase date

• Commercial use of ONE design purchased from my Spoonflower shop during the license term

• Physical products only

• Up to 2,500 units sold per design, per year

• One business/brand

• Non-exclusive, non-transferable

Commercial License Options:

All commercial licenses are non-transferable and non-exclusive unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. PROHIBITED USE

Under no circumstances may the Artwork be:

• Resold, sublicensed, or redistributed as-is or in altered form
• Uploaded to print-on-demand platforms without a commercial license
• Used to create competing digital products or patterns
• Used in logos, trademarks, or brand identity without written permission

4. CREDIT (Optional but Appreciated)

When possible, credit is appreciated:

5. ENFORCEMENT

Unauthorized commercial use of the Artwork constitutes copyright infringement and may result in:

• Immediate license termination
• Invoicing for appropriate licensing fees
• DMCA takedown notices
• Legal action if necessary
