Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds on:

• Books and publications

• Fabric by the yard, fat quarters, or cut fabric

• Artwork, prints, and paper goods

• Home décor items

• Custom or personalized products

• Licensed artwork products

• Digital products and downloads

• Sale or clearance items

Because many of our products are printed, cut, or produced specifically for each order, we are unable to restock or resell returned merchandise.

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and ordering details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing every order. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item when applicable.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Product Colors & Appearance

We strive to display product colors and artwork as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary due to:

• Monitor and screen settings

• Printing processes

• Fabric and material variations

• Lighting conditions

Slight variations in color, scale, texture, or placement are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Fabric Orders

Fabric is cut specifically for each order.

Please note:

• Fabric may have slight color variations between print runs.

• Fabric cannot be returned or exchanged once cut.

• Minor variations in scale and placement are normal characteristics of printed textiles.

Books & Publications

Books, journals, workbooks, and printed publications are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

If your book arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, patterns, designs, logos, photographs, graphics, and written content remain the intellectual property of Whimsy by Angela unless otherwise stated in writing.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork.

You may not:

• Reproduce artwork

• Scan, copy, or digitize designs

• Create derivative works

• Resell artwork or designs

• Use artwork for commercial purposes without a written licensing agreement

Unauthorized use of artwork is strictly prohibited.

Licensing

Select artwork may be available for commercial licensing.

Licensing agreements are separate from product purchases and must be arranged directly through Whimsy by Angela.

The purchase of fabric, books, prints, or merchandise does not grant reproduction or manufacturing rights.

Shipping

Processing times vary by product and will be noted on individual listings when applicable.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

Whimsy by Angela is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Weather-related delays

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Order Changes

Because many products move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee order modifications after an order has been placed.

If you need assistance, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

Limitation of Liability

Whimsy by Angela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item in question.
